Kvika sweater/tee ENGLISH

Kvika is knitted from the top down.The sweater features an all-over lace pattern, although if preferred, you can knit only the yoke in pattern and work the rest in stockinette stitch. Different gauge requirements are used for different sizes to make the jumps between sizes less drastic. Sizes XS, M, XL, 3XL, and 5XL use a gauge of 16 stitches per 10 cm (4 in) on 5.5 mm needles, while sizes S, L, 2XL, 4XL, and 6XL use a gauge of 15 stitches per 10 cm (4 in) on 6 mm needles. However, some knitters may need to use smaller or larger needles to achieve the correct gauge.

The stated yarn quantities are based on a sweater/tee with approximately half-length sleeves.

Sizes 5XL and 6XL have not been test knitted. Please keep this in mind if you decide to knit one of these sizes. I chose to include them anyway, as all calculations should be correct. ❤️

Sizes: Xsmall, (Small), Medium, (Large), XLarge, (2XL), 3XL, (4XL), 5XL, (6XL).
Bust circumference: 90, (96), 105, (112), 120, (128), 135, (144), 151, (160) cm.
Gauge:16/10 on 5.5 mm. needles and 15/10 on 6 mm needles

Knitting needles: Short circular needles (40 cm) 5 mm, 5.5 mm and 6 mm. Long circular needles (60/80 cm) 5 mm, 5.5 mm and 6 mm.

Yarn suggestions: Isager Bomulin held together with Knitting for Olive Pure Silk or Pascuali Linen Bloom held together with BC garn Jaipur Silk.

How much yarn?: Bomulin/Linen Bloom: 200, (200), 200, (250), 250, (300), 300, (300), 350, (350)g.
